3. Consultations and suitability

All treatments are subject to a consultation and suitability assessment. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone a treatment if we believe it is not in your best interests, including for medical, pregnancy, skin-condition or medication reasons.

4. Bookings and deposits

Some treatments may require a deposit or advance payment to secure the appointment. Full details are provided at the time of booking. All prices are subject to change; the price confirmed at booking is the price you will pay.

5. Cancellation, rescheduling and no-shows

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend an appointment, may result in forfeiture of any deposit or a charge at the clinic’s discretion. Please see our Booking & Cancellation Policy for full details.

6. Results and medical disclaimer

Individual results vary and depend on factors such as skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, medical history and adherence to pre- and post-treatment instructions. We will discuss realistic expectations during your consultation, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Aftercare

You are responsible for following the aftercare advice provided to you. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect your results and may void any follow-up entitlement.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and branding, is owned by or licensed to Zazura Skin & Laser Clinic and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the treatment or service in question, except where loss or damage is caused by our negligence or breach of legal duty and cannot be excluded by law.
